We’ve proudly cared for families from around the world for over a decade, and our reputation has been built on trust, reliability, and genuine care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our booking process, guarantees, refund policy, and service standards.
We keep the booking process simple and secure:
- Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your nanny.
- Reservation: Once your deposit has been received, your nanny is officially allocated and reserved exclusively for your family.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of service, when you meet your nanny.
- Payment Options: Payment options include QR code, Stripe (credit/debit card), or Thai bank transfer.
- Confirmation: Your booking confirmation will clearly outline your nanny’s details, service dates, and payment instructions.
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend booking early, especially during peak travel periods and holidays, as our trusted nannies are in high demand and often book out well in advance.
Your family’s comfort and trust are our top priorities. We proudly offer a Nanny Guarantee to give you total peace of mind:
- Quality Standard: All nannies are experienced, CPR & First Aid trained, personally vetted, and speak English. They are professional, caring, and follow your family’s routines with respect and attentiveness.
- Unsuitable Match: If for any reason the nanny allocated to your family is deemed not to be a suitable match, we will:
- Offer a replacement nanny, subject to immediate availability, or
- Refund any unused time if a suitable replacement is not possible.
- Nanny Unavailability: If your assigned nanny becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will:
- Provide a suitable replacement nanny immediately, or
- Offer a full refund of your deposit if no suitable replacement is available.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is flexible but fair to both families and nannies:
- Deposit Refund (Longer Term): A full refund of your deposit is available if you cancel with at least one (1) week’s notice before the start date of the service.
- Cancellation (Casual/Single Bookings): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a 4-hour minimum service fee.
- Cancellation (Longer-Term Bookings): For daily or weekly bookings, we request a minimum of one (1) week’s notice for any cancellations.
- Booking Adjustments: If you need to adjust your booking (e.g., change times, extend hours, modify dates), please notify us as early as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, depending on nanny availability.
We are committed to creating a safe, happy, and respectful environment for both families and nannies. To help us provide the best possible care, we ask that families:
- Information Sharing: Share their children’s routines, allergies, medical information, and emergency contacts clearly on the first day of service.
- Supervision Limits: Limit care to the number of children booked to ensure proper supervision and safety.
- Respectful Treatment: Treat nannies with kindness and respect, and ensure they are allowed regular breaks during long shifts.
- Communication: Communicate any concerns directly to our management team so we can support you quickly and fairly.
- Parental Responsibility: While your nanny is dedicated to caring for your children, parents and guardians remain ultimately responsible for their children at all times.
Your privacy is very important to us. We comply with relevant Thai data protection guidelines and handle all personal information with care:
- Information Use: Personal and family details are only shared with your assigned nanny if necessary for the provision of care.
- Data Sharing: We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
- Confidentiality: Any sensitive health or behavioural information remains strictly confidential.
We always aim to resolve any issues quickly, fairly, and informally.
- Encouragement: We encourage families to speak to us directly first—in nearly all cases, issues can be resolved through respectful communication and mediation.
- Governing Law: Any formal disputes are governed by Thai law.
- Jurisdiction: Legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Koh Samui, Thailand.
